energy medicine
My work is informed by my expertise and practice of energy medicine, which has foundations in the Healing Touch Professional Association, the work of Cyndi Dale, and more recently, influenced by the writings of shaman, mystic, author and Native American healer, Joseph Rael, also known Beautiful Painted Arrow.
Energy Medicine is a practice of the Heart. It is grounded with a connection to the Earth, and it is infused with the Divine Intention of creating wholeness in the individual ~ a harmony of vibration from body, mind and spirit. We are beings of unfoldment, and the practice of energy medicine can balance, center and align each part of ourselves with every other part.
I offer table treatments of energy healing, and teach a form of self regulation called Trauma Release Exercises either with long distance sessions or in person. Contact me for an elaboration on this part of my work.
